Steps to becoming a vendor:
1. Download our application above.
2. Fill out and email it back to us at info@nevadastatefair.org
3. Wait for your application to be reviewed.
4. IF accepted you will receive a letter with payment instructions, and details regarding check in and insurance.
Accepted vendors please check in between 8:00am - 10:00am and be open for business by 1:00pm on Thursday and 11am Friday-Sunday.
Please go directly to the "Vendor Check in Booth" to receive your booth location and information.
Vendor applications with enclosed check / money order must be postmarked no later than May 19, 2026.
Credit card payments are available upon request and will include a processing fee. Vendor overnight lodging at Mills Park is not permitted.
Thank you for your application to participate at Nevada State Fair, scheduled to occur on June 11-14, 2026!
As a standard requirement of all Exhibitors/Vendors, it is necessary for you to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you do not have this coverage in place, we have made arrangements for all of our Exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings by purchasing as part of a group. Please click the link below, complete a short questionnaire, process your payment online, print your Confirmation of Coverage, and you will obtain this coverage for $65 plus any applicable state tax.

Proof of alternative coverage, satisfying these minimums, or secured coverage through the link provided above must be in place prior to your scheduled move-in date and/or our event registration deadline. You will not be allowed to move-in/exhibit without proper insurance coverage in place, naming Nevada State Fair as an Additional Insured.
